STUDENTS HOLD PROTEST OUTSIDE AUD VC’S OFFICE

Several students at Ambedkar University Delhi protested outside vice-chancellor Anu Singh Lather's office on Monday against the suspension of a final-year MA student for her criticism of Lather's Republic Day speech, which included remarks on Ram Mandir and Dalits.
The students demanded revocation of the suspension order and a public apology from the VC for allegedly causing mental harassment to the student.
