GERMAN EV MANUFACTURING UNIT WILL COME UP AT ANDHRA PRADESH'S PUNGANUR

Pepper Motion, a German-based electric vehicle manufacturer, is gearing up to establish the world's largest electric bus and truck manufacturing unit in Punganur, Chittoor district. The Andhra Pradesh government has allocated 800 acres for this substantial project, involving an investment of Rs 4,640 crore.

Chittoor district collector S Shanmohan, along with a delegation from Pepper Motion led by CEO Andreas Hager, visited the proposed site in Punganur to officially announce the venture.
