ARTICLE 370 AMPUTATED WILL SAVE NATION

Citing the surgical necessity of having to amputate a limb to save life, the Union government on Thursday told the Supreme Court that removal of Article 370 to scrap special status of Jammu and Kashmir had become imperative to preserve integrity of the nation and for uniform application of the Indian Constitution to all states.
