A Kurdish wedding was brought to a screeching halt by a bombing that was the latest in a string of blasts in Turkey. The bombing, which took place on Saturday in Gaziantep, is thought to have killed 54 people, injuring many more. Even more stunning than those numbers is the fact that, of the 54 dead, 22 were under 14 years old. Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan says that Turkish police believe the bomber was a child themselves, anywhere from 12-14 years old. While terrorist group ISIS does not typically reveal its involvement on Turkish soil, Erdogan says he suspects the group’s complicity.
