A shooter Phoenix who has never been caught has attempted to add two more to his list. The attacker is thought to have committed seven murders on nine separate occasions. This time, they attacked a father and his son in their car. Fortunately, neither the father nor the son was injured, but the attempt has Phoenix residents worried about when the shooter will strike next. Despite the serial nature of these shootings, authorities are still unable to determine a pattern from the shootings. However, they have been able to determine that the shooter was carrying out attacks in low-income areas.
